Your HOA community is unique.
It has its own character, its own challenges, and its own joys. You deserve an HOA management company that appreciates that uniqueness, and provides you with the individualized services you need in order to thrive.
That’s part of what sets Main Street Management Group apart. We’re a boutique management team, providing a hands-on and custom approach to the communities we serve throughout the Lake Norman area, including Cornelius, Huntersville, Davidson, Mooresville, Denver, Troutman, Concord, and Charlotte, NC.
Why HOA Communities Come to Main Street
We cultivate relationships that benefit you, not us.
We boast a local and vetted vendor database, facilitating relationships with vendors who stand behind their work and are willing to respond quickly. Main Street Management does not own any interest in any firm that conducts business with any of the Associations we manage; we do not get revenue share from any firm that does business with Associations we manage; and we do not get any percentage of any maintenance contracts executed by the Association, and we do not benefit from income credits from your bank.
We provide clear & transparent financials.
Our financials are transparent, including copies of paid invoices, and they are posted to the website for all owners to review. Furthermore, we are proud of our very low delinquency rate, and our abilty to pay vendors the same week. Board members have access to every homeowner account history, every invoice as we pay it, and every work order and compliance letter in real time.
We are your neighbors.
We’re a local management company, and not a national chain or owned by priviate equity. Our proximity to the communities we manage means we are engaged with every community. Your manager makes regular visits to your community and doesn’t rely on a Compliance Department, we seek to work with owners to gain compliance instead of blindly sending violation letters, we stay on top of changing NC legislation, and we have relationships with the Town you live in.
We’re accessible.
There’s nothing more frustrating than trying to reach your property manager by phone and finding them completely unavailable. Whether you’re dealing with a true crisis or just need to check in, we’re here to help. And when you call us during regular business hours, you won’t get a call center. You’ll actually get to talk to your property manager… the person who knows your community inside and out.
We emphasize communication.
We offer an app that keeps all of your important community information right there at your fingertips. And, we provide all of our communities with tailored websites, boasting standout features such as monthly financials, opt-in notifications, and electronic voting.
We find solutions that work for you.
We understand that the one-size-fits all approach just doesn’t work for vibrant, unique communities. We’d like to get to know your community, understand its problems and its goals, and provide services that are individualized to meet your needs.

Interviewing Management Companies?
Ask these questions.
Prioritize personal attention from your manager.
- How many communities would our manager have in their portfolio?
- How often does your manager, not a compliance driver, visit your community?
- Do you have a call center or do calls go directly to the manager?
Be sure you understand the fee structure, and keep an eye out for conflicts of interest.
- Ask to see a schedule of fees charged in addition to the management fee, to assess whether the fee is artificially low because ancillary fees are more lucrative.
- Do they take a percentage of late fees or fines? Are they benefitting from high delinquencies or non compliance?
- Do they benefit from using certain vendors or take a percentage of every invoice?
- Do they belong to a parent company, and which management companies do they own? Make sure you are not unknowingly comparing bids from the same management company.
- Do they use a bank that pays the management company interest made from HOA accounts?
Main Street does not profit from any fees outside of the management contract.
Transparency and accessibility are key to a successful partnership.
